I had a great experience with Dr. Almasri to learn Zygomatic and Pterygomaxillary implant placement; the most advanced type of surgeries in the world of dental implants. I had the privilege of assisting Dr. Almasri on a double arch fixed implant case at his home office in Dallas. While this is a treatment I commonly provide to my patients, I benefited tremendously from observing Dr. Almasri’s efficient and polished surgical-prosthetic workflows. The placement and restoration of dental implants has been a part of my practice for my entire dental career. Every so often, a new technique comes along that creates a paradigm shift in my practice that leads to increased predictability, success rates, and patient satisfaction. This is exactly what I experienced with my 1 on 1 zygoma and pterygoid implant training with Dr. Almasri.

The 1 on 1 didactic training allowed me to digest new information at my own pace while also having all of my questions answered in real time. Having Dr. Almasri present for live surgery at my office was invaluable and led to great surgical outcomes in a relaxed and supportive environment. This training has allowed me to treat an entirely new subset of patients in my office while at the same time improving on the treatment I already regularly perform.

Dr. Almasri is a personable and experienced master clinician in all aspects of full arch surgery. He has pushed me to improve in areas I was already proficient at while also introducing new techniques that solve previous difficulties that any full arch practice has. My training was broken into 3 parts, 1 on 1 lectures, shadowing live surgeries performed by Dr. Almasri, and lastly doing the surgery myself, in my own practice with Dr. Almasri present. This training could not have been in execute any better.

I have been placing dental implants for about 15 years with thousands of dental implants placed, so going into this course I was very familiar with full arch dental implant surgery and prosthetics. I took this course to be able to provide a solution for patients that have been told they are not candidates for treatment or patients I would not have been able to see previously. Dr. Almasri was great to work with, he is very invested in helping you to succeed. After implementation I have been keep almost every patient in the practice which has been rewarding both in that these are patients with little hope previously and also it ends up being financially rewarding on top of that.

I have been placing implants for over 20 years, the last several I have been directing my practice towards all on X cases. I consider myself a CE junky, education is the key to mastery. I have heard almost everyone on the circuit and have been to several hands-on courses to expand my skills over the years. We have been doing about 8-10 arches a month but have been referring out or losing severe resorption cases, to others that could do Zygomatic and Pterygoid implants which is a skill set I had been scared to embrace. A weekend course or even a hands-on course on cadavers just can not prepare you for this level. I recently had the chance to hear Dr Almasri lecture about zygomatic and Pterygoid implants and then start 1 on 1 mentoring with him. I can say that without his mentoring I would never have felt comfortable enough to offer this to my patients. After spending a day observing surgeries in his office and then having Dr Almasri come to my office for two days I now have the confidence and skills for these advanced techniques. He mentored me with 2 pterygoid cases(2 on each patient) on day one and a quad Zygoma case on day two. Not only did he help me with my surgical skills, it was priceless to have him here and give me advice on how to streamline my surgical process in all areas. He has so many tips and tricks that helped us in the restorative phase also. Dr Almasri has the trifecta of mentoring skills, knowledge, surgical mastery and passion. I can not thank him enough for all the attention he gave me and my staff while he was here.
